How do I place an order?

Simply add your favorite items to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us
right away and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, changes or
cancellations aren’t possible.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and shipping times depend on the method you choose at checkout. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order’s on its way.

Do you accept returns?

Yes — we accept returns within 14 days for non-handmade items. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Email us for a return authorization number before sending anything back.

Do you offer local pickup?

We don’t have a public storefront (yet 😉), but if you’re local to the Georgetown Texas area, send us an Email before placing your order and we’ll do our best to arrange a local pickup. We love connecting with our local tribe when we can!
