Refund/Return Policy

We accept returns on non-handmade items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To request a return, email us with your order number.

Handmade and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned. Clearance and personalized items are also non-refundable. Refunds (minus shipping) are issued once the return is approved. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
